All TMEC Personalised Coaching is tailored to your needs. Some examples are listed below, please contact me to discuss your requirements.
This athlete will have a clear goal or A-event, for the next 3-9 months, but does not want a fully structured plan. After the intitial set-up review, feedback would be limited, formal contact would be 1-2hrs per month.
All athletes have access to the TMEC group for advice, tips and help. Training plan would be delivered by pdf or similar format.
This athlete has clear goals for the next 6-12 months, a personalised plan is developed to optimise their approach in order to peak for their A events. After the initial set-up review, feedback is provided for every training session, formal contact is 1-2hrs per week. Additional services available include fit/position optimisation, nutrition/hydration, event/race strategy, equipment selection etc.
All athletes have access to the TMEC group.
The plan is delivered via TrainingPeaks
£60-90 in season, £30-50 off-season (monthly)
You may have a multi-season goal or would like year-round coaching, and would like an all-in approach during the peak season, but less focus with a more ad-hoc or limited contact approach during the off-season. This plan is popular as it maintains contact with the coach, without feeling over-committed. It is also flexible for budget and time.
All of the TMEC coaching packages are custom prepared. We start with YOUR goals and the amount of time and budget YOU have, and work from there.
